Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

United Way of South Mississippi has teamed up with the DPIL to provide books to children, thanks to the generous support of IP Casino Resort Spa. Our goal is to improve early childhood education by making sure kids have access to age-appropriate books. From the time they are registered until he/she is 5 years old, kids will receive 1 book a month. That's up to 60 books in 5 years - all free to South Mississippi children and families!

Thankfully, this program has been well-received across our service area!  So well in fact, that we have maximized the number of children who can receive books at this time!  So how can we make sure that more children gain access to these life-changing books?  With YOUR help!

Thanks to our partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, it costs as little as $29 per year to ensure that a child receives 12 books over the course of a year - that's only $145 to sponsor a child throughout his or her entire time in the program!

Please consider giving to this amazing program to help our South Mississippi children develop a love for reading that will last a lifetime!

Thank you!
